ABOUT PAYMENT...

Payments can be made with a UK debit or credit card securely using PAYPAL

 

ABOUT DELIVERY...

Please remember everything is hand-crafted to order by the two of us, so please allow up to 21 days for delivery, although it probably will not take that long.

 Contact us first before ordering if your order is urgent as we may be able to offer express delivery on some of our products, usually within 3 or 4 days. Please note there may be an extra charge for orders that have to be sent by next day delivery.

 Orders needed in time for Christmas must be placed before 1st December to ensure that they will be delivered in time.

 

ABOUT POSTAGE AND PACKAGING...

All our prices include postage and packaging to the UK mainland only.

We are happy to despatch some of our products outside UK mainland eg: Channel Islands, Ireland etc.. but please contact us before placing your order so that we are able to calculate the correct postage for your order.

We are able to offer a reduced price on some products if you are able to collect the items from us. Please contact us for details, all information required is on the 'Contact us' page

Please ensure that all names that are required to be added to your order have been correctly spelt. We make all the personalised items to order, using the details given to us by you. We will therefore not be held responsible for any mis-spelt names provided by yourself.
