MODIFICATIONS AND CHANGES

 Me and Thee reserve the right to modify specifications, colours, designs, material and finishes of any goods at any time without notice.

 RETURNS

All our items are handcrafted to order. According to the distance selling requirements if you are unhappy with your goods once they are received, then you may request a refund from us via email within 14 days. The unrequired goods should then be returned to us in the original packaging if possible, and once received back to us in the condition it was originally sent, a refund will be issued, excluding p&p.

This condition does not apply to bespoke or personalised items,  as they have been made to your specifications, unless the item is damaged upon arrival, in which case a full refund will be given once the item is received back to us, excluding p&p. Please ensure the spellings and details are correct, as no responsibility will be taken for spelling mistakes once received by ourselves.

 SAFETY

 All of our products conform to the relevant safety standards and are reviewed regularly. All our products are painted in non-toxic paints and seals. All our products are decorations and are therefore not reccommended for play, and should be kept away from children under the age of 36 months.

PRIVACY

Any personal details provided to 'Me and Thee' will be used by us solely for processing your order and dispatching your goods. None of your details will be passed to third parties. As we use the PAYPAL system we do not hold details of your cards or personal details, and they are therefore not stored by us.
